Intertidal seaweed foodscape invites visitors to engage in an ever-changing scene, 5 times a day, based on the rhythm of the tides. You can drift through an area in which seaweed is flourishing. Allowing you to sink in and share your thoughts and experiences during one of the participatory performances. If the Netherlands develops more of an aquatic landscape in the future, it would be beneficial that seaweed becomes more prevalent in our diet. This has the potential to shift our present foodscape toward one in which we cultivate seaweed locally while considering a well-balanced ecosystem.
